Telecaller Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Engagement & Conversion

• Call incoming leads via in-house platform to explain loan products (Car

Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan, Tractor Loan, Secured Business

Loan).

• Check customer interest and convert into active leads.
• Forward interested prospects to the relevant sales team.

2. Lead Management

• Record and log uninterested leads with proper remarks.
• Re-attempt calling non-contactable/busy leads within reasonable

timeframes.

• Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates.

3. Customer Support

• Address queries for fresh leads and existing customers.
• Provide basic resolution or escalate to concerned teams where

required.

4. Data & Reporting

• Enter customer interaction details into the CRM system.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, lead progress, and conversions.

• Share customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
• Active listening, patience, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections/rejections positively.
• Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity.
• Goal-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups.

• Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• 03 years of experience in tele-calling, telesales, or customer support(NBFC/BFSI preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
