Telecaller Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, your role involves following the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity and being well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy-related answers. Your responsibilities include maintaining good customer relations, meeting personal targets, and working towards meeting team targets. Additionally, you will be required to maintain records of conversations with customers, analyze the data, and write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries. You have the flexibility to work from home as well as the office. Key Responsibilities: - Obtaining and updating lists of individuals" contact details - Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items - Addressing clients" uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time - Noting important details of each conversation - Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts - Answering questions about products or the company - Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Qualifications Required: - Data entry skills - Fresher in BPO industry - Part-time availability - Familiarity with call center operations - Ability to work from home - Excellent communication skills Please note that this role offers full-time opportunities for fresher candidates with varying shift schedules including day, evening, morning, and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
