Role Description

We are seeking a Telecaller Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Agra. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for outbound and inbound calls, maintaining records, handling customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties include updating customer information, understanding customer needs, and providing detailed explanations about our products and services. The role also involves coordinating with the sales team to follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer records
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Experience in making outbound and inbound calls for sales and customer support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Past experience in the power sector or electrical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical is preferred
