Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making inbound & outbound calls to potential healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and surgeons.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound and Outbound calls

2. Fix Online Meetings 30 per month

3. Email & WhatsAap to potential clients

4. Data Collection from the internet

5. LinkedIn connection building

6. Daily Excel & CRM maintain

7. Reports Making.

Required Skills & Knowledge

1. Basic understanding of digital marketing

2. Technical Proficiencies (Ms Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi

5. Qualification

· Minimum: Graduate or post - graduate

· Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any field

· Advantage: Healthcare, Marketing, or Communication background
