Job Summary: The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, gather information, or schedule appointments. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach to achieve targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers or leads as per daily targets. Answer inbound calls and provide information or support as required. Explain products or services clearly and persuasively. Collect customer information and update records accurately. Schedule appointments or follow-ups for sales teams. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a database of customers and record call outcomes. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets. Report call activity and feedback to supervisors. Follow company policies and procedures during calls. Requirements: Minimum education: High school diploma (12th pass) or above. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus. Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages]. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
