Job Description

We are looking for a telecaller outbound calling to prospects and existing customers to promote, sell, and process loan products, as well as follow-up on payments. Key responsibilities include lead generation, explaining loan features, verifying applications, and maintaining customer records. Depending on the role, the job can also focus specifically on loan collections. Responsibilities Sales and lead generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, promote loan products, and meet sales quotas. Customer service: Answer customer questions about loan products, explain terms and policies, and provide assistance with the application process. Loan processing: Assist clients in completing the loan application, verify supporting documents, and ensure all necessary information is collected. Collections: For collection-focused roles, call customers with overdue payments to negotiate repayment terms, explain consequences, and ensure timely recovery. Record maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment commitments, and loan processing activities in a company database or system. Collaboration: Work with sales, underwriting, and other teams to streamline the loan approval process. Market feedback: Report market trends, customer feedback, and objections to supervisors to help improve strategies.
