We’re looking for a young, energetic, and highly motivated Telecaller to join the Dolly Chaiwala team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing national brand that’s creating waves across India. You’ll be the first point of contact for our franchise and distribution leads — speaking with hundreds of people every day who are eager to be part of the Dolly journey. Key Responsibilities: Make 200+ outbound calls daily to new and existing leads. Engage professionally with potential partners and collect key information. Qualify leads based on company criteria before passing them to senior sales executives. Maintain accurate records and daily reports of calls and lead status. Represent the Dolly Chaiwala brand with enthusiasm, clarity, and positivity. What We’re Looking For: Young and vibrant personality with great communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident and comfortable on the phone for long hours. Goal-driven, disciplined, and eager to grow with a fast-expanding company. Team player who enjoys a fun, motivating, and uplifting work culture.
