Job Description

We’re hiring a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive who can confidently connect with leads, pitch our services, and close deals over the phone or WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, have strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of digital marketing or service-based sales. Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads Explain our services (e.g., social media management, ads, website development) in a clear and convincing manner Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in CRM/Excel Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, or follow-ups Work towards daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Follow scripts when handling different client types but adapt based on conversation flow Handle objections and convert warm leads into confirmed clients
