Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, calling, and closing sales deals. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our services to them. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy meeting targets, this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and source potential leads from various platforms and call the leads. Cold Calling: Reach out to leads via phone calls, introduce the services/products, and build rapport. Sales Conversion: Close deals by effectively communicating the benefits and value of our offerings. Client Follow-up: Maintain follow-up calls with leads who are in different stages of the sales process. Record Keeping: Update CRM with lead status, client information, and sales progress. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals and performance metrics. Requirements: Preferable experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients. Goal-oriented with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (or willingness to learn). Fluency in [languages you prefer] (English, Hindi, etc.). Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage. Performance-based rewards and growth within the company.
