Job Description

We’re looking for a creative Social Media Executive to join our digital marketing agency. Candidate should have hands-on experience with content creation, graphic design, and reels/video editing—and must know how to create engaging posts that drive results. Key responsibilities would include: Plan and execute daily social media content calendars for multiple client accounts Create engaging graphics and designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. using Canva/Photoshop Edit short-form videos and reels using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro Work with content team to write captions, hooks, and post copy aligned with trends and brand tone Schedule and publish posts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite Monitor performance and suggest content improvements Stay updated with trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes Good command over Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (optional) Video editing skills for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts Strong understanding of trending content, platform-specific features, and audience engagement tactics Eye for design, layout, and typography Ability to juggle multiple brands and meet deadlines consistently
