Job Description

Diarch Homes is seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller to join our sales and customer engagement team. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining excellent customer relationships over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets Provide accurate project information and pricing details to prospects Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools preferred)
