Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads for life insurance products through various channels (cold calls, referrals, networking, field visits, digital platforms). Meet and interact with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and suggest suitable life insurance solutions. Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Maintain good relationships with existing clients for policy renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately. Stay updated on company products, competitors, and industry trends. Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). 0–3 years of sales/marketing experience (life insurance or financial services preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
