Position: Tele caller / Data Entry Operator

About Us:
Humma Dairy is a growing whole milk company based in Odisha, dedicated to delivering quality dairy products across the state. We’re expanding and looking for a dedicated team member to join our support office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and attend customer calls regarding inquiries, orders, and feedback
• Maintain accurate customer data in the system and update records as needed
• Support the backend team with data entry and customer follow-ups
• Help with basic CRM updates and documentation
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams for smooth order processing
• Maintain logs and daily reporting on communication and data tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass
• Must be comfortable with computer operations (Excel, Word, basic software)
• Outspoken with good communication skills for telecalling
• Ability to multitask and follow up with customers on time
• Basic typing and record-keeping skills

Compensation:
CTC: ₹1.2 – ₹2.0 LPA (Based on experience)
