We’re hiring an experienced Paneer Plant Operator to join our growing dairy production team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage paneer production equipment
- Oversee coagulation, pressing, and cutting processes
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across production and packaging
- Ensure quality standards and follow food safety protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in paneer production
- Good understanding of dairy hygiene and packaging
- Familiarity with machinery operations and troubleshooting
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
