Your primary role will involve contacting potential customers, providing detailed information about financial products and insurance policies, addressing inquiries, and facilitating lead generation and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our financial products and insurance services. Clearly communicate product details, benefits, and answer client queries effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads using the CRM system. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversions. Follow-up proactively with leads to ensure successful conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or tele-sales executive, preferably in financial services or insurance sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
