Telecalling & Customer Engagement Responsibilities: Call leads received via Meta campaigns, doctor referrals, and in-store foot scans. Explain the benefits of orthopedic footwear for pain relief, comfort, and posture support. Clearly communicate the value of our free foot scan, how it works, and its role in personalized footwear recommendation. Understand common foot issues like heel pain, flat feet, corns, plantar fasciitis, etc., and guide customers to visit the store for consultation. Identify hot/warm leads and nudge them to schedule foot scan appointments at the store. Handle objections (e.g., price, distance, urgency) confidently with predefined answers. Nurture leads through timely follow-ups, education, and trust-building communication. Post-purchase, take customer feedback and encourage them to leave Google Reviews. 🔸 MIS & Reporting Responsibilities: Maintain and update daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly MIS reports. Track metrics like number of leads called, store visits booked, conversions, feedback received, and reviews collected. Use Google Sheets / Excel / CRM to manage data and share structured reports with management. Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and outcomes.
