The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries Explain company services related to immigration, visa, or overseas education Counsel clients based on their profile and requirements Schedule appointments for senior counselors/consultants Maintain daily calling reports and client follow-ups Update client information accurately in records Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets Provide professional and courteous customer service Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi Ability to convince and counsel clients effectively Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus) Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset ExperienceFresher or 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service Experience in immigration/visa consultancy will be an advantage Salary & BenefitsAttractive salary + incentives Performance-based bonuses Training and growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment
