We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing initial information about immigration services (study/work/PR visas), scheduling appointments, and assisting in lead conversion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided. Explain immigration programs, eligibility criteria, and service offerings clearly and effectively. Schedule consultations or follow-up calls for senior counselors or consultants. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and call logs. Follow up with leads regularly and nurture client relationships to drive conversions. Handle basic queries related to visa types (e.g., student visa, PR visa, work visa) and redirect complex queries to counselors. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales; immigration/overseas education industry experience is a plus. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
