We are a company providing web services like Website Designing, Software Development, Android & iOS App Development, Digital Marketing, and other web solutions. We also offer training programs in Web Designing and Development. So, the candidate should have basic knowledge of websites, apps, software, and digital services and should be interested in learning more while talking to customers.

We are hiring a friendly and persuasive Female Tele Caller Cum Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will not only handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential customers but also counsel them about our services, understand their needs, and provide the right solutions. Your role will be vital in helping customers make informed decisions and building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls to generate and respond to customer inquiries.

Understand customer requirements and guide them by providing accurate information about products/services.

Counsel customers patiently to help them select the most suitable service or product based on their needs.

Handle objections and clarify doubts effectively with a solution-oriented approach.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales.

Co-ordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies.

Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and [Local Language, e.g., Hindi].

Good listening and counseling skills.

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer skills .

Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to handle multiple calls.
