Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to guide students on course selection, academic planning, and career exploration. Academic Advising: Assist students in understanding course requirements, graduation policies, and other academic procedures. Career Guidance: Help students explore different career paths, develop career plans, and prepare for job applications. Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of academic counseling programs and services. Resource Liaison: Act as a liaison between students, academic advisors, faculty, and external organizations. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Communication: Effectively communicate with students, parents, faculty, and administrators. Mentoring and Support: Provide ongoing support and mentoring to students throughout their academic journey.
