If you're passionate about customer service, communication, and career growth, we welcome you to apply! Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Promote products/services and close sales over the phone. Maintain records of conversations and leads. Achieve daily and monthly targets. Requirements Must be a graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage but freshers are welcome. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
