Role Description

• Make

• Handle

• Keep records of call details, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and conversions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Prior experience as a

  Telecaller, Customer Support Representative

  , or similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  in English / Hindi / local language (customize as needed).
• Good

  listening skills

  , patience, and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
