TeleCaller

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads, enquiries, and existing customers.

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.

• Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries.

• Maintain strong follow-up on leads via call/WhatsApp/email.

• Update customer information and call status in CRM or Excel.

• Convert enquiries into sales or appointments.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with customers.

• Coordinate with the Sales/Operations team for smooth lead handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (12th pass)

• Confidence in speaking over phone and handling customer queries

• Ability to learn product/service information quickly

• Good listening skills and customer-handling ability

• Positive attitude and polite behaviour

• Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling/sales is a plus

• Languages Required: English & Malayalam (Must), Hindi (Plus)
