Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller located in Indore, with some flexibility for work-from-home. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and providing product/service information. The role also includes maintaining an updated database of contact information and following up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in telecalling or telemarketing is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
