Job Title: Telecaller

Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team! As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our innovative ERP software, and generating leads. Your goal will be to convince prospects to schedule demos or meetings with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our ERP software
- Generate leads and schedule demos or meetings with potential clients
- Build rapport with prospects and understand their business needs
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our software
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth follow-up process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of software or technology is a plus
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
