Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, and providing information about the institute's services and courses. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, addressing potential student queries, and ensuring a professional and customer-focused approach. The Telecaller will also assist in converting leads into successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and fluent language proficiency
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone
Basic computer skills for maintaining call records and using CRM tools
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Motivation to meet targets and work in a dynamic team environment
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
