About the Role:

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM with relevant details.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Punjabi/etc.].
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience as a telecaller, telesales, or customer support executive (preferred but not mandatory).
