We are looking for a Telecaller to handle inbound and Outbound client calls, assist with inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between potential leads and our internal business development team. Key Responsibilities: Handle clients / prospects in a professional and courteous manner. Understand customer requirements and route calls to the appropriate department (Sales, HR, Technical, etc.). Provide accurate information about CodeFacts services, solutions, and offerings. Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-up details in CRM. Collaborate with the Business Development team for lead nurturing. Handle customer queries, feedback, and basic support-related calls. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a polite and positive tone during conversations. Report daily call metrics to the reporting manager. Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu. Pleasant phone voice and ability to handle customers confidently. Basic understanding of IT services or software development terminology (preferred). Proficient with MS Office tools and CRM entry. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Customer-oriented approach and patience to handle queries professionally. QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BBA, or equivalent). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive / Front Office Executive. Experience in an IT services or consulting environment is an advantage.
