Telecaller

We are seeking a Female polite, confident, and target-driven Telecaller to support our clinic/hospital team. The role involves handling patient calls for inquiries, appointment booking, follow-ups, and generating leads for our medical services . As the first point of contact, your ability to communicate clearly and build trust with patients is key. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential patients to explain services, offers, or treatments. Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information on services, doctors, timings, etc. Follow up on previous interactions for appointment confirmations, checkups, or tests. Maintain daily call logs, appointment records, and lead tracking sheets. Coordinate with the front desk and medical team for appointment scheduling. Collect feedback from patients to improve services. Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in [Hindi, English, Bengali and Nepali ]. Nepali language will be beneficial but not mandatory. Strong persuasion and lead conversion skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, clinic/hospital CRM or software). Patient-friendly, calm, and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and meet daily call or lead targets. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; graduates from any stream Basic understanding of healthcare services is a plus. Prior telecalling or telesales experience in healthcare or service industry is an advantage—but freshers with good communication skills can also apply . Who Can Apply: Freshers with good speaking skills and enthusiasm to learn. Experienced candidates from healthcare, customer service, or telesales backgrounds are preferred.
