Key Responsibilities: Perform audiometric tests including Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA), Tympanometry, OAE, and Speech Audiometry Accurately record and document hearing test results Prepare and guide patients through testing procedures Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot audiometric equipment Assist ENT doctors in diagnosis by providing detailed audiological data Counsel patients on basic hearing test outcomes and next steps Manage patient flow and ensure proper hygiene and care protocols Support in organizing hearing screening camps (if applicable) Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Certificate in Audiometry or Audiology Technician course from a recognized institute 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers may apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency Fluency in Bengali, Hindi , and English is preferred Compassionate and patient-focused attitude Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹39,028.24 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
