Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute Clinicity’s online marketing initiatives. This role involves implementing digital campaigns, managing content across platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and helping enhance our digital presence across India’s healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaigns to generate B2B leads and brand visibility.
  • Manage and update content on the company’s website and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Coordinate creation and posting of blogs, hospital project case studies, service highlights, and product promotions.
  • Run targeted campaigns focused on hospital owners, doctors, and healthcare entrepreneurs.
  • Track and report KPIs such as CTR, lead conversions, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to create compelling visuals and messaging.
  • Optimize landing pages and website for better conversion and search ranking.
  • Monitor online reputation and respond to queries/comments on digital platforms in coordination with customer service.
  • Assist in email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM system updates.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and healthcare technology marketing.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proficiency in using digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and basic CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret digital campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects independently under tight deadlines.
  • Creative eye for design and branding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B or healthcare industry).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing tools will be an added advantage.
