Role & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to generate leads, confirm appointments, or provide product/service information. Handle inbound calls with professionalism, responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. Upsell and cross-sell company products/services. Achieve set targets and contribute to team goals. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Handle objections and follow-up to close sales. Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to team leads. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing (2+ years preferred). Excellent communication skills with fluency in [mention the languages required]. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection.
