We are expanding our dynamic team and looking for motivated Telecalling Executives to join our sales and customer support department. Position Overview:We are hiring Telecalling Executives with at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or a similar client-facing industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing property details, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the given database Share information about current real estate projects and offers Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Follow up with leads and ensure a high conversion rate Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic client queries Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales Strong communication skills (Hindi and basic English) Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus Comfortable with CRM tools or lead management systems Salary & Benefits:Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (based on experience and interview) Monthly Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹55,000 (performance-based) Travel Allowance: Provided additionally Incentive-Friendly Environment: Uncapped incentive structure for high performers Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into Sales or Senior Telecaller roles Work Location:Gurgaon & Delhi NCR (based on availability and preference) How to Apply:Interested candidates can apply immediately by sending their updated resume to: +91 8860119293
