Telecaller / Business Partner Outreach

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing team as Telecallers focused on client calling and business partner outreach. This role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our loan products, and building connections with potential business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and partners
• Explain loan products and services clearly and effectively
• Generate leads and maintain a database of prospects
• Build and manage relationships with prospective business partners
• Follow up regularly with interested leads and convert them
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Report daily activities and performance to the supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills (local language + basic English)
• Confident, polite, and professional phone manner
• Basic understanding of loans or financial services (training provided)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation
• Experience in finance, banking, or NBFCs

Pay: ₹12,470.88 - ₹18,251.85 per month
