Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential customers, answering queries, and generating leads or sales. Your main goal is to connect with customers, promote our products or services, and achieve daily or monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales or gather information Respond to inbound queries and resolve customer concerns promptly Provide accurate information about products/services over the phone Maintain records of calls and customer information in the database Follow up on previous interactions or cold calls Handle rejections or objections professionally and confidently Achieve assigned targets for calls, leads, or sales Coordinate with the sales or support team when necessary Requirements: Minimum 10th/12th pass; a graduate degree is a plus Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory) Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required – e.g., Hindi, English, regional language] Ability to persuade and influence customers Good listening skills and a polite, customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with phone systems or CRM tools Benefits: Fixed salary with attractive incentives Performance bonuses Training and career growth opportunities Supportive team and work environment
