Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers. Explain products/services and benefits to customers. Generate business through the given data and contact lists. Maintain regular follow-up and track customer interest. Update CRM with call details, status, and feedback. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues promptly. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field team (if needed). Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets. Assist with daily assigned tasks related to customer engagement and operations. Create and post basic digital marketing content (such as WhatsApp/Instagram posts, status updates, etc.) to promote offers and services.
