Job Description

The Telecaller in the banking sector is responsible for contacting existing and potential customers to promote banking products, provide service support, and generate leads. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, explaining product features, handling queries, and achieving daily and monthly targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, etc.).
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams.
  • Follow up with customers for documentation, loan applications, or service requests.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate product information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or banking customer service (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
  • Persuasive and confident phone manner.
  • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
