Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will handle daily communication with clients and customers via phone, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services or products. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate call logs, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring client or customer satisfaction. The Telecaller will also be responsible for following up on leads, maintaining updated client records, and achieving assigned targets while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in client interaction, customer support, and conflict resolution.
Ability to manage and maintain client records and handle calls efficiently.
Target-driven mindset and time management skills.
Work experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous.
