Job Title: Telecaller cum Front Office Executive Location: Musarambagh Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller cum Front Office Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Hospitality, hotel management , Credit Card, or Insurance sectors, with excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills. You will be responsible for managing front office operations while also engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Front Office Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; route them to the concerned departments. Maintain visitor logs, appointments, and meeting schedules. Support administrative and HR tasks such as documentation, coordination, and office management. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Telecalling Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain company products and services. Follow up on leads, handle customer queries, and ensure client satisfaction. Convert inquiries into qualified leads or sales opportunities. Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/conversion targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, Credit Card Sales, or Insurance preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations. Pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and a customer-first attitude.
