This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, informing them about our training programs, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the enrolment process. The role includes maintaining accurate records of conversations and updates in the system, as well as conducting follow-up calls to ensure high conversion rates. The Telecaller will also assist in coordinating marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective students.
