We are looking for experienced and empathetic Infertility Consultants (IVF Specialists) to join our clinical teams at our upcoming centers in Beawar, Sikar, and Ajmer. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end fertility care including consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, and clinical execution of IVF and related procedures. The role demands both clinical expertise and excellent patient engagement to ensure high success rates and quality care. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and follow-up consultations with patients experiencing infertility. Diagnose infertility-related conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans. Perform and oversee ART procedures such as IUI, IVF, embryo transfer, and ultrasound-guided procedures. Collaborate with embryologists, counselors, and other clinical staff to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with clinical protocols. Counsel patients and manage expectations throughout the treatment process. Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical standards. Required Qualifications & Skills Medical Degree (MBBS) with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology is mandatory. Specialization or Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine / Infertility preferred. Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or respective State Council. Minimum 25 years of experience in fertility/IVF clinics. Strong hands-on experience in IUI, IVF, and related procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive patient journeys with empathy.
