Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belapur, Navi Mumbai for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, informing them about our training programs, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the enrolment process. The role includes maintaining accurate records of conversations and updates in the system, as well as conducting follow-up calls to ensure high conversion rates. The Telecaller will also assist in coordinating marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective students. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally Good organizational and record-keeping skills Basic computer skills, MS Office(Excel, Word, Power Point) Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment Experience in the education or aviation industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage Eligibility Age 18yrs and above Experienced and Freshers are welcome Show more Show less
