Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven

Key Responsibilities

Call potential leads and explain real estate offerings (apartments, plots, rentals, etc.)
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project details
Schedule site visits for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with call records and lead status
Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Key Skills

Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & basic English)
Confidence and good presentation over call
Ability to handle rejections and objections
Basic computer and CRM skills

Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Prior telecalling/BPO experience is a plus

Walk-in interviews between (11 am to 5 pm)
