Job Summary:

Telecaller


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with Potential Customers:

  • Greet visitors at events, establish rapport, and identify their needs through meaningful conversations.

  • Promote Products & Services:

  • Present the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively, highlighting their key features, advantages, and value propositions.

  • Lead Generation:

  • Collect and record accurate customer information and inquiries for future follow-up and sales conversion.

  • Lead Conversion & Follow-up:

  • Conduct follow-up calls with leads post-events to provide additional information, answer queries, and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Maintain a Professional Presence:

  • Represent the company positively at all times, ensuring professionalism, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of products and services.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and interactions using CRM or designated tools, and provide regular updates to the sales and marketing team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Sales Representative, or in Customer Engagement (event-based experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
