Job Description

As a Telecaller at Accordex, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer outreach team for our AI product. Your primary responsibilities will include: Reaching out to potential clients to introduce our software solutions. Handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Identifying sales opportunities and providing product information. Recording customer information and interactions in our CRM system. Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs. Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for our sales team. Provide feedback on customer needs and process improvements to management. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus. Strong ability to persuade and negotiate.
