Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele-Sales Specialist role located in Ahmedabad. The Tele-Sales Specialist will engage with client leads, generate sales, provide customer service, and manage communications. Day-to-day tasks include conducting calls with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, closing sales, following up on leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Experience in providing Training for sales techniques and customer interactions
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in tele-sales or a related field is a plus
