Tele sales Representative

As a Tele Sales Representative at Oldforest Ayurveda located in Sector-63, Noida in front of Tech Mahindra, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Ayurvedic healthcare products and assisting customers in making informed choices for healthier living. You will be responsible for professionally handling company-provided leads, reaching out to potential customers over the phone, and effectively communicating the benefits of our Ayurvedic products. Building a strong rapport with customers to understand their requirements and addressing their queries to convert leads into successful sales will be a key aspect of your role. It will also be essential to maintain precise records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of Hindi would be an added advantage. Your communication skills should be persuasive, and you should possess the confidence to engage with customers in a customer-centric manner. Being able to learn product details swiftly and handle objections effectively, along with basic computer skills for CRM and lead management, are also essential requirements for this role.
