Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage company-provided leads professionally.
• Contact potential customers via phone, introduce our Ayurvedic products, and explain their benefits.
• Build trust and rapport with customers to understand their needs.
• Convert leads into successful sales by addressing queries and providing product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus).
• Persuasive and confident with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to learn product details and handle objections effectively.
• Basic computer skills for CRM and lead management.
