We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage company-provided leads professionally. Contact potential customers via phone, introduce our Ayurvedic products, and explain their benefits. Build trust and rapport with customers to understand their needs. Convert leads into successful sales by addressing queries and providing product recommendations. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus). Persuasive and confident with a customer-focused approach. Ability to learn product details and handle objections effectively.
