Experience:

Freshers
or candidates with a minimum of
6 months of BPO or Sales experience

Skills Required:

Excellent communication in
English and Hindi
Basic
understanding of insurance products and sales
Good
convincing and customer-handling skills
Target-driven mindset and willingness to work in a performance-based environment

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to customers for insurance product sales
Explain policy benefits, features, and premium details clearly
Assist customers in choosing the right insurance plans as per their needs
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on potential leads
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service

Salary:

14,000 CTC (12,000 take-home)
+
Attractive Incentives up to 15,000
based on sales performance

Working Days & Shifts:

6 days working
Rotational shifts
and
rotational week offs
